Issues to Action Workshops

The Issues to Action process is designed to help organisations achieve breakthrough progress on messy and difficult issues.

These are problems where results are vital to business or organisational success, but where progress is stalled or limited, because of factors such as differing perceptions and priorities of key stakeholders (internal or external), and complications with organisational systems and structures.

Issues to Action is a structured facilitation methodology, conducted by New Futures' director, Don Dunoon. The method can be productively applied to just about any organisational problem involving a level of contention between stakeholders; i.e. where there's not one "correct" solution waiting to be found.
