Workshop Outcomes
As our programs are tailored, the list below is indicative only. Generally, we would expect that a s a result of participating in a New Futures collaborative leadership workshop program, participants will increase their ability to:
- Build a sense of common purpose and direction among members of the work group
- Discuss difficult or sensitive issues in ways that minimise defensiveness
- Develop shared understandings on complex issues
- Deal productively with resistance
- Build and sustain momentum for change
- Coach people in ways that empower and develop them
- Create a workplace environment that people find motivating and satisfying
- Deal with performance problems in a productive manner
- Create a more open and trusting team environment
- Strengthen their credibility and effectiveness as a leader-manager
